Precautions to be taken in winter

Cold weather is dangerous for elderly people and children. Special care is required specially for those who are heart patient. People should take few precautions in cold season to remain healthy.

According to experts in winter the nerves shrink a lot and thus causing more chances for heart attacks as the chances for the blood clot increases very much.

People should take proper care in winter season to remain safe for these conditions.

Always wear sufficient woolen clotrhs hats and gloves while going anywhere out of house in open.

Avoid taking alchohol, smoking and fat foods.

Daily walk at least 3 to 4 kilometers per day without any fail.

Take less salt intake in your food.

Butter and Ghee also is harmfull so these also should be avoided in your food contents.

Mental stress is very harmful for health and so every one should avoid as much as possible the mental stress.

When ever in winter the sun is shining, make an habbit of sitting under the sun taking sun bath, but ofcourse with cloths put on.

Eat plenty of fresh vegetables in your food to keep your body warm.

Increase the amount of suger in your food contents and suger produces lot of heat in our body while digestion of food.

And the most important is that you should do regular body excersise. That keeps your body warm and fit
